Airport Pick Up Procedures
Ichouse Limousine makes every effort to adhere to current FAA and individual airport mandates regarding airport pickup and drop off procedures. In accordance with these regulations, and for our customers convenience, we have established the following airport pick-up procedures.The following procedures are currently in effect when providing transportation for clients arriving at the airports listed below.
- Albany International Airport (ALB)
Upon arrival proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage and then proceed outside to the limousine parking area to meet your driver.

Boston Logan Airport (BOS)
Upon arrival proceed to the baggage claim area on the lower level to collect your luggage and then proceed outside to the limousine parking area to meet your driver.

Bradley International Airport (BDL)
Upon arrival proceed to the baggage claim area to collect your luggage and then proceed outside to the limousine lot to meet your driver.

Burlington International Airport (BTV)
Upon arrival proceed to the baggage claim area tos collect your luggage and then proceed outside to the limousine lot to meet your driver.

LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
Our chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim area.

JFK Airport (JFK)
If you are arriving on an international flight, our chauffeurs will meet you outside the customs doors. For domestic flights, your chauffeur will meet you downstairs in the baggage claim area.

Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT)
Upon arrival please meet your driver outside the baggage claim, curbside.

Point to Point
If you cannot locate our chauffeur within 10 minutes please call Icehouse Limousine at 1-802-438-9800.
Please Note
All chauffeurs will have a large sign with your name on it along with our company name (Icehouse Limousine). All chauffeurs that cannot locate their passengers within 15 minutes of the flight arrival will proceed to the information desk. Passengers at that time should also proceed to the information desk and call Icehouse Limousine at 1-802-438-9800.
